Butterfly Kisses

These are the pictures of a beautiful baby that I photographed. My sister called them butterfly kisses and I thought that was perfect.

Little Texas

This is our little cousin from West Texas. He is adorable. They came for a visit last week. His Mom loves photography, too and took my camera out to snap these shots.

Sea World

My wonderful boss took a couple of us to Sea World after a teacher's conference in San Antonio. I loved it. Shamu was my favorite- very inspiring. I can't wait to go back with my children.

Entertained

I came across this picture today and it made me smile. This picture was taken at the baseball game that is pictured further down the page. They all have a someone special playing in the "big game"- but just didn't have the capacity to watch! They played in the rocks and dirt for hours. The little girl in the picture is mine.

Just Kids

I was just going through some of the pictures I needed to clean out and came across a few that I love. The little boy praying is from my church. I snuck this moment during Vacation Bible School. I thought it was so sweet. He looks so sincere. The other 2 are of my children. I like the natural, more serene look better than the "big cheese" the camera usually invokes.I really cannot explain the feet ;) It was just cute to me. She was laying on the floor dancing- a sign of a happy child. Children are just so pure, and wonderful to photograph.

Happy Engagement!!!

My nephew is getting married!! Our family is "buzzing" about their October wedding. He and his fiancee came to Louisiana this weekend for me to take their engagement pictures. We had a lot of fun. As you can tell, I really like black and white pictures. All of these are also taken in color. I also want to note that some of these were taken on the golf course where he learned to love the game with his Grandpa and Dad- very sentimental! I know they will have a "happily Ever After" marriage.

Back to School

It is amazing how fast the summer flies by. We are winding down and trying to get ready for school again. I am very excited about the new year. My son is going into 2nd grade- he has outgrown me now, in 1st grade! My daughter is heading to Kindergarten. Unbelievable! I am still trying to learn the lay out of this site- so I hope my pictures show up here. If not, I guess they will be with all the others. Thanks for your patience!=)
