Sweet Girl!

I LOOOOOVE this picture!! This one is the new lens! She was so helpful to me in trying my new lens.

A few more...

These are the rest of my favorites! It's so hard to choose! She is darned cute!!! Call me anytime, Miss M!!!

Little Miss M

You may recognize this little beauty from a post back in December. She is the daughter of a sweet girl that I work with. She is so smart and photogenic that photographing her is such a pleasure! These are just a few of my favorites- there are about 90 total! I will post one more set for now. Some were taken with my new lens, some with the old- can you tell which?

New Lens

I just bought a professional series lens and was trying it out. My pictures are usually very bright because I edit them to be that way. This lens is supposed to help me with the light. These pictures were taken in the shade and NOT edited one bit. Let me know what you think. I also wanted good background blur- if you look at the picture of out puppy, you'll notice part of him is blurred- I like that!

This is my little one with our dog, Jack. You can tell they love each other very much! They are always ready to pose for the camera!

Here are a few more. You'll notice my little one "surfing"- but the boat was not moving- or the tube! HA! She was just practicing! I love the picture with Uncle"C" and little"C" in the drivers seat and big"C" in the background. Bid "C" is clear and looks like he is having the BEST time! I didn't really plan for it to be like that- but I really like the effect. -- Thank you to Uncle "C" for a great time!!

The Lake

We went to the lake Memorial Day. Some friends invited us to their Uncles house on the lake. Our friends got sick and stayed inside most of the day- but boy we had a GREAT time!! The kids all tubed and enjoyed the boating. The 1st 3 pics are my 2, the other boys in the pictures belong to my best friend. They are like my own. They had the best time. This was my little girls 1st time in a tube. We couldn't talk her into it last year, but she jumped right in this year. She didn't last long- but at least she tried. The little boy "surfing" is the youngest of the boys- but he brave! I will have 1 more post of this day.

Once Upon a Lily Pad

This is M's 2nd grade play. It was so very cute! Just like H's- the teachers worked very hard maaking it the best little play!
My was a frog- a little easier to guess than H's. In the top picture he is one lucky, lucky little frog! It makes me the of the frog prince!! These girls are all in his class and very good friends of his. They are all adorable and I know he will cherish these memories!

More E-I-E-I Oops!

Here are some more of the cute little play. It just ocurred to me that I don't think I ever posted any of M's play pics- hmmm..... I guess I'll have to get to that in all my free time =)The bottom picture is one of the put pictures I took after she put on her costume. This is her "not gonna do it" stance! But, I had my "oh yes you are" stance on like usual. Once she gets used to it she LOOOVES it! I have had to battle this with t-ball, gymnastics, church programs, etc. She just has to be pushed! She came out of this very quickly and had a great time. She even said her part all by herself! I am very proud of my little duckling!

E-I-E-I-Oops!!

This is the kindergarten play for my littest. This was actually before graduation- but I never did get a chance to post.

She was actually a duck- I know it's hard to tell. Our local dance company had used these- so we just borrowed. H was not very happy at first about the hat- but she finally warmed up. I'll have to post her pout pictures, too- they are so cute!

This play was adorable! Those teachers worked so hard and overcame so many obstacles! I love my co-workers!

The children are just so cute. They did a great job. Most of these children have been life-long friends. They did a great job on their parts! These are precious memories that I truly cherish!

Well, these are all I really have left. I have a few others, but I didn't get all the girls because of the rush and all the family, so i decided not to post any of them. She has 3 little best friends that are girls and I didn't want to leave anyone out.
The little boy in the 2nd picture is the other friend since birth I talked about in the last post. People say they look alike. I think so, too.
The last picture is of my 2. I'm not sure what's going on with M's hair- but it's the only picture I got of the 2 of them- HA!

My Graduate

My little girl graduated from kindergarten. Most parents are emotional about this one- but I am thrilled because next year she will be in 1st grade with me! I can not believe my BABY is getting so big! My little boy goes to a completely separate school next year! Now THAT I get emotional about! He'll be in 3rd grade!
The red haired little girl in the picture is my niece. She is just beautiful. She had to come see H graduate!
In the picture with the other 2 grads you'll notice they are wearing yellow ribbons- those are for being a "Good Citizen" throughout the year. Not only are they cute, but sweet too! Those 2 boys have been good friends since birth. There was one other, but he just didn't jump in the picture with them. This was a great year! She was in a class with her best friends, and made even more! I will post more to show her other friends later if I get a chance. I am trying to catch up with myself- I have several appointments coming up soon I need to prepare for! So keep checking back.

OOPS!! One picture is posted twice! Sorry- it's too much trouble to change- so I am leaving it.

Happy Graduation!

Don't these look like two VERY happy girls?!? These are my 2 nieces. I am so VERY proud of them both. They were both recognized as scholar students, top 10 in their classes and received scholarships and special recognition at their graduations. Bit the smile on their sweet faces will be what I remember most! They did not graduate at the same high school- which is why there are none of them together.
Congratulations you 2- I love you and wish you the best life has to offer. Come see me!
