The M Family

I was so excited to finally get to this sweet family! I grew up with their Mom and have so many fun memories of her! And her children look just like her! They are so photogenic, I could have taken pictures of them ALL day!

It was fun- I hope you like them, A! I enjoyed every minute!! =)

Promise of Joy:
We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.
Proverbs 16:9

This is the way it is supposed to be. The important thing to remember is to stay in His will in all of your plans, and those steps will be much smoother. I have such a control-nature about me- that I find it difficult to give the reigns to God when I know my whole future will be affected! I second guess myself in hearing God's voice. That is the worst place to be in to me! I feel like somtimes I just can't "get it". But the times I am in His will are the sweetest of all. It is all up to me. He is there-- I just have to seek him.

The G's-- again =)

I had the privilege of photographing this beautiful family for the third time!! It wonderful! The children are so full of life and so much fun!
Can you tell there is a golf instructor in the family? =) This session was taken at a gorgeous golf course not too far from here that the Dad works at. It was my first time there- and I could have stayed there ALL day! It was just beautiful and peaceful! My only regret was that the older little guy had a baseball game that they had to rush off for before we really got started good. But I think we did pretty good for the very short time we were there!

We have been sooo blessed with great weather- and I am just so thankful for all the opportunities I have been given!

I loooove the 2nd picture posted! I would loove to have a pic of my little girl just like that! It would have to be HUGE! She is just beautiful and so, so sweet! They were so comfortable out there on that course!!

M-- I hope you love them! I would always be glad to go back there =) I adore your precious family and always have the best time with you guys! I am looking forward to the future sessions you have booked! Can't wait!! Thanks sooooo much!!

Promise of Joy:
Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you.
Psalm 143:8

I am so thankful to serve a God that can be trusted and that never changes, or gets "moody"! Wow! If He did-- what kind of shape would we be in? But I also like this scripture in reference to family. We should wake up every morning refreshened and renewed with love for one another. We all trust one another to keep things going and to have that unfailing love. I pray that all of your families are in God's will and able to live with that presence of joy- that can only come from Him.

M and M

I was very excited when this family contacted me about portraits- because it had been many years since I had seen them. We go way back-- to before we were married days =) The Mom even kept my son for me a few days a week when he was little.

They are one of the sweetest families I know. We'll have to do it again when the Dad can join us, too.

It was the little guys birthday-- and I bet he could name 100 other things that he'd rather be doing on his birthday besides taking pictures- haha!! But you couldn't tell it! They were great!

We had a great time, and I truly enjoyed getting to see them again, and catch up with all that is going on in their family! -- Thanks sooooo much for trusting me with your memories!! I am thrilled that you may be moving a little closer- and I know you are too!

Promise of Joy:
For if we are faithful to the end, trusting God just as firmly as when we first believed, we will share in all that belongs to Christ.
Hebrews 3:14

This is an area, faith, that I truly falter in. I KNOW that God is capable of anything and everything- but believing it when it comes to my life, is usually a different story. But I have seen His hand on my family soooo many times- that I should have the faith of that tiny mustard seed!! I am so thankful for His faithfulness and belief in me!!!

Megan

This cutie patootie is sooooo much FUN to photograph! I have had multiple sessions with her- and would never want to pick my favorites!! She is full of personality- and is very used to a camera!!
I work with Little Miss Adorable's mom and love being able to capture these moments for her! =)
I am also very excited about a new picture place to go - YAY!! I have met the most wonderful people through this business-- it is truly a blessing!!
The tulip shown here are from their pretty little church. They work very hard planting and caring for these gorgeous flowers-- and it really paid off in these portraits!!

I had a great time-- thanks so much for asking me to take these pics for you! I enjoy our time together!! =) Happy Easter!!!

Promise of Joy:
For if we have been united together in the likeness of His death, certainly we also shall be in the likeness of His resurrection.
Romans 6:5

Thank God that the story of my Savior does not end in His death-- truthfully, it was just the beginning. Then he was able to claim the keys to the gates of hell and death and win victory over the things that can destroy us-- so that we can someday be with Him in Heaven. I am sooo thankful for all that the Lord has done for me! I am so thankful for the salvation of my husband, my son and myself-- and thanking Him in advance in claiming salvation for my precious daughter. This time of year is so special to me. We are doing a church drama Sunday that we do every year, and that I feel had a huge part in my sweet son being saved at such a young age! It was so sweet- and truly real. I would love for you to come join us Sunday morning at 10:30. I also pray for all people that read my blogs. I pray that if you have not come to the saving grace of Jesus-- that now would be that time!! Please don't miss out on all that God has planned for you.
