More Beautiful Seniors!

Girls, Girls, Girls!!! Any guy would be jealous of my job right now!!! =) These girls are not only beautiful - but so much fun and SWEET!!

These 2 girls are cousins and have been through everything together. I was so excited to have the honor of doing their Sr. Portraits! I took the portraits of one of the sisters last year, and have one more sister next year! Too bad they didn't keep having these girls... I would LOOOVE to get this privilege EVERY year! haha!!!

We went to some of my recent favorite spots! And they fit right in and looked stunning! I truly had a VERY hard time choosing pics to blog-- and can't wait to do the gallery where you can see all of the gorgeous pics-- there are MANY more to come!

I didn't even make changes to these pics like I normally do-- I was just in love with them just as they were!!! But I promise to do some black and whites for the gallery! =)

Thanks for trusting me with your memories once again!! I am looking forward to the sesion for next year already!! =)
Best wishes to you girls, in everything you do!

Promise of Joy:

wow!!

I am so excited about this session!! It has been postponed a bajillion times due to snow, yes, SNOW and rain and mud... you name it!! So I couldn't wait to get my lens on her!
I took her pics about a year ago with her family- but could not WAIT to focus on her- she is just beautiful!
We had the BEST time going from place to place! She just fits in beautifully EVERWHERE-- even the junkyard!!! haha!!
I kept envisioning her in this one place -- and I loooove the way it turned out! =)

I had a wonderful time with you guys-- so sweet and trusted all the weird things I asked her to do. I wish you the best at Northwestern and know you will be a great success!!! Thanks so much for trusting me with these special Senior memories!

Promise of Joy:
We can make our plans, but the Lord determines our steps.
Proverbs 16:9

Take this with you-- and keep Him first in your life and you will always do well!! Best wishes to you!!!

My gorgeous great-nephew

This bright-eyed baby boy is my great nephew. His Dad, Chris is my nephew and his Mom, Rachel has definitely become my niece. I am NOT being biased when I say he is one of the sweetest, best, and most beautiful babies ever =)

They came over and spent the whole day with us-- we are all thrilled!! My children sat in the floor with him and took pictures of him and answered his every wimper! Mitch still has his picture as his screen saver-- so sweet!!

This little guy is the light in many eyes around my family! He is the very first great-grandchild and the first baby in 6 years- so we have enjoyed him! The one thing we don't enjoy is that they live in another state!!

Well Rachel, thanks so much for spending the day with us!! We need to do it MUCh more often!! And we need to do pictures again sooner this time!!
I love you guys and miss you every day!

Promise of Joy:
Children are a gift grom God; they are His reward.
Psalm 127:3

This is sooo true!!! We are so thankful for how God has truly blessed out family!!

Beautiful Trio!

One of my favorite families again! =)
These 3 have their own little look and definitely different personalities-- but they are all beautiful!! I always enjoy being with them and just following them while they play. The little princess is at that age where she does not want to sit still for a picture- and she does not want her bubba to hold on to her-- so I didn't do too well on the togetherness shots-- but I really loved these individual ones!

It's kind of funny-- people mention to me all the time that they hear my husband helps me a lot-- well--- he rescued me again!
I thought I had the perfect place in mind. But when we got there the sun was all wrong and there were briars-- it just wasn't working. The little one had to go the bathroom- so we headed back to my house. While we were there I told my husband that I was struggling because the location was horrid. He asked me if I had noticed this field not even a mile up the road. Those of you that know me, KNOW I said NOOO. I am the most unobservant person ever- and never see anything but the road in front of me while my mind is a million miles away!! But he NAILED it-- AGAIN! It just may be another of my favorites!!! =)

So thanks again, Melissa for trusting me with your precious memories! I have loved watching them grow and change!!

Promise of Joy:
So do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Matthew 6:34

I would think that everyone struggles with this from time to time. I would also think that the world needs to hear these encouraging words right now. With our economy and the world violence and unrest, it can be troubling. But I try to stay focused on what we are here for- and that HE will provide for us and be there for us. I am so thankful to be a child of the ONE true LIVING God!
