Well, these pictures are far from being "professional", they are just snapshots from our night. This was so important to these little guys! They all 3 earned their first stripes toward a yellow belt! The 2 on the left are brothers and friends of ours.
'M' has done so well with karate. He has a great, Godly instructor and has learned so much! He gets lots of compliments on his push ups and flexibilty. --Those were skills honed in the past year in gymanstics, as well. He has really put forth a lot of effort and I am really proud of him!
It was so funny how it worked out. I had just prayed the night before that something for 'M' to be involved in would come along. He had wanted to do swimming, but the team had dissolved. The very next morning the mom of the 2 boys in the picture (she teaches with me) popped her head in the door and said "Hey- you really ought to think about putting 'M' in karate." How funny is that?? We started that week and it has really been an answered prayer! Thanks, 'R' for letting God use you in a mysterious way! HA!
